GalaxyTrakr hosts a number of bacterial typing and analysis tools such as [Mitokmer](https://toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repository?repository_id=dd4d206abdad7e4b&changeset_revision=3c3520289da4) and some that aren’t hosted in the main Galaxy toolshed, such as [CFSAN SNP Pipeline](https://toolrepo.galaxytrakr.org/repository?repository_id=f3f73e481f432006&changeset_revision=568eb62c7524).
