Provides a wide range of tools to the scientific community, including tools that have been created at the Institut Pasteur i.e. [TXSScan](https://doi.org/10.1038/srep23080), [alienTrimmer](https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ygeno.2013.07.011), [PhageTerm](https://doi.org/10.1101/108100), [SARTools Deseq2](https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0157022) ...
This server is also the workflow execution and analysis engine for the [NGPhylogeny.fr](/use/ngphylogeny/), [ARIAweb](/use/ariaweb/), and [SHAMAN](/use/shaman/) servers. None of them looks like Galaxy, but they use the Galaxy@Pasteur server for data analysis and workflow execution.

Anonymous access is supported with a reduced quota; anyone can create an account.
